About the Dreyse 1907 Late 2nd Variant
Up for sale is a Dreyse 1907 .32 ACP 3.6" 7+1 Mfg. 1914 Late 2nd Variant Export "Made in Germany" stamped Early Semi Automatic pistol. According to the serial number of 247xxx and the slide markings, this is one of the last two years of production for the Dreyse 1907 and this particular one was built for export, omitting the "Rheinmetall" markings as shown. The finish appears rougher on the exterior, but mechanical function is still excellent and the hammer can be cocked as factory intended, but the firing pin spring feels rather weak and should you desire to fire the pistol, this part may need to be replaced. The pistol is also lacking grips, but can be fired as is without them. Also included is a period correct black leather holster.
