Juggernaut Rifle

Just in case you missed it, late last year a bunch of California-based GunTubers heralded the brand new Juggernaut rifle series as something that “might completely destroy the California assault weapon laws as they currently exist…” and drooled over them at SHOT Show.

Well, record scratch, freeze frame, the California DOJ dropped the ban hammer on the guns last Friday (because everything government-related happens after lunch on a Friday) saying the rifles were “unlawful to possess, manufacture, distribute, transport, import, keep for sale, offer for sale, or display for sale under California law.”

Of course, stay tuned for litigation.
